Summer is here and we’ve been looking for ways to keep cool while getting essential nutrients for the warm season. 🍧The kids are outside all day in the summers and having a treat that not only cools them down but fills them up is something I’ve been working on perfecting. We’ve made the most amazing popsicles using @LifewayKefir in the Strawberry flavor as the base of the mixture and adding in blueberries and fresh strawberries to blend and put into popsicle molds. Kefir is full of gut healthy probiotics and is the perfect snack for the whole family. Recipe below!

Recipe:
1 cup sliced strawberries and blueberries (can use whatever fruit you like)
2 1/2 cups Lowfat Strawberry Kefir
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Mix ingredients, add to your favorite popsicle molds, and freeze overnight or at least 6-8 hours! Enjoy!
