It’s never too early to start preparing for Easter! Getting baskets together is one thing you do not want to leave until the last minute, especially with how long some shipments are taking these days! Above all, I like to try to get ahead on this, as things do sell out. Now, Easter is not until April 17th, and while that is over a month away, I still get nervous if I’m not organized.
When it comes to finding items for the baskets, one of my favorite places to shop is Maisonette! They always have really nice products that are fantastic quality. I’m so excited to see that they just dropped all of their Easter items, so I ran to check them out to share with you all!
Chocolate is an obvious answer as to what to put in the baskets, we all know that! However, when I shop for Easter basket finds, I try to find ways to make them more personalized. Nevertheless, I tend to try to stick with a few themes, and those is always different every year. But it does make it easier not only to figure out what I need, but make it even for each kid.
All in all, here are a few I like to consider:
Books
I love putting books in the baskets because my kids enjoy reading and I like to celebrate it. They are the perfect way to keep your children’s imaginations exercised. I think it’s really cute when I’m able to find a holiday themed book as a gift, too. Furthermore, this is great because it’s something you can find for all ages!
Accessories
What can I say, I love a good accessory! I think it’s really fun when the kids get to open something they can wear that day to celebrate the holiday. For instance, few ideas to spitball are a hair bow, tie, bracelet, hat, you get the point! In addition, this is also a way to personalize the basket to the child. You can get them something they will like and get use out of.
Pajamas
In conclusion, pajamas are so fun! I love finding cute little holiday-themed sets for the kids to wear that night. Even though they have bunnies or a certain Easter-related pattern on them sometimes, they can totally be worn year round! Moreover, holiday pajamas are definitely an everyday exception.

Celebrating Easter in my country is not a big deal. This occassion is just ordinary for us Filipinos – no fancy parties whatsoever.
Great ideas for Easter gifts. I should start getting a basket ready for my grandson. I would love to give him new books to read and a few toys and craft materials too. The book bundle you mentioned in this post is perfect for my 5 year old grandson.
