Lets cook because itโ€™s my form of therapy. ๐ŸฒMaking a lentil soup that I know you are going to make all winter long! Recipe below ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ Ingredients: 3 carrots 3 stalks of celery 1 1/2 onions 4 cloves garlic I can tomato paste Lentils Veggie stock (or chicken) Salt/pepper for seasoning Olive oil Directions: Rinse lentils. Combine chopped onions, carrots, celery, lentils in big pot with veggie stock. Cook for about hour. Reserve 1/2 onion and garlic for other pan. Then after an hour saute 1/2 onion, garlic in olive oil till translucent, then add tomatoe paste. Once combined pour into pot with lentils and cook for another 1/2 hour. Enjoy!!!!
