Dresses, dresses, and more dresses! No matter what the season, Siella and Gemma live in them, and now with spring and summer around the corner, they can’t have enough styles in their closets.
One mom daughter designer duo that I always seem to snag a few styles from each season is Pippa & Julie. Named after Fran’s daughter Julia, and the title character of a Robert Browning poem, Fran started the line in 1987, but went on to design other collections, before reviving the label in 2007, when Julia joined her in the business. Today Fran and Julia work side by side, and their strong bond adds just a little magic to the line.
The girls are wearing the Mallory dress, which is a well balanced combo of pinks and navy, with a ruffle sleeve, and super sweet pin tuck detailing along with a crochet flower.
I have a vision of this dress getting plenty of use all summer long.
