Come with me for the ultimate girls night out on Broadway! Getting to see a Broadway show is always such a treat for me, its actually my favorite thing to do in NYC. Last week, my bestie and I and saw @deathbecomesher and let me just say it was beyond hilarious! Starring Megan Hilty, Jennifer Simard, Michelle Williams, and Christopher Sieber. I honestly think I’ll be going back to see it again. The musical is based on the classic 1992 film which starred Meryl Streep and getting to see it on stage with such fantastic costumes, a larger than life set and outstanding vocal performances was such a treat. If you’re needing a girls night out or looking for something to do in NYC while you’re in town, make sure you grab tickets to!

Lets cook because it’s my form of therapy. 🍲Making a lentil soup that I know you are going to make all winter long! Recipe below 👇🏼

Ingredients:
3 carrots
3 stalks of celery
1 1/2 onions
4 cloves garlic
I can tomato paste
Lentils
Veggie stock (or chicken)
Salt/pepper for seasoning
Olive oil

Directions:
Rinse lentils. Combine chopped onions, carrots, celery, lentils in big pot with veggie stock. Cook for about hour. Reserve 1/2 onion and garlic for other pan. Then after an hour saute 1/2 onion, garlic in olive oil till translucent, then add tomatoe paste. Once combined pour into pot with lentils and cook for another 1/2 hour. Enjoy!!!!
