For as long as I can remember I’ve been super self conscious about the cellulite on my legs. I thought the only way I could get rid of it was with surgery, until I spoke with @drpauljarrodfrank about his PFRANKMD BIOSTIM. This non-invasive treatment removes cellulite and tightens skin as its performed with a custom hyperdilute formulation of both Radiesse and Sculptra. I loved how easy this procedure was as we only used a topical anesthesia before the injections. Immediate results can be achieved to improve skin quality without producing bulk or a filled look associated with other techniques and it lasts for a year. Afterwards Dr Frank recommended a little laser therapy to prevent bruising. Let me just say there was little to no downtime for me and I’m OBSESSED with the results!

Hopped on a 7:30am ferry ⛴️ from Athens -> Paros and landed in paradise four hours later. We checked into the super chic @coveparos lounged by the pool, beach, and then headed to @siparos for the most delicious dinner! A full recap of our stay at @miravalberkshires this past weekend! Gemma and I had best few days, mostly unplugged and bonding. We were both so impressed by the dining experiences each day from healthy breakfasts to farm to table dinners. I also had a chance to escape and enjoy the spa with a Dennis Gross facial which was beyond, but also a Sweet Slumber 80 minute massage that might have been the best massage I’ve ever had in my life!
