A few weeks ago, the girls and I were invited to the most darling launch of Pippa & Julie‘s new e-commerce site. I knew the minute I saw the invite with a few sketches of the line, I would immediately fall in love with it. And it turns out, I did. The collection is so girly and adorable, perfect for Siella and Gemma.
Pippa & Julie’s Ladies Who Brunch event was held at the Mondrian Hotel here in NYC, and featured a pop-up shop where guests were able to purchase the Holiday Collection, as well as DIY Ovando floral crowns and even a hair and braid bar by The Stylisted! It was a super fun and girly event.
Pippa & Julie is a New York-based girlswear only line. Their sizing ranges from newborn through 16 and has major retail presence at Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, Von Maur, and boutiques all over North America. This site launch is their very first direct-to-consumer effort. The Pippa & Julie website launched November 24th bringing the collection directly to the parents and girls who love it.
Pippa & Julie was first created by designer, Fran Arazi in 1987. She named the label after her daughter, Julia and the title character of a Robert Browning poem. Fran went on to design other collections but revived the label in 2007 when Julia joined her in the business. Today Fran and Julia work side by side and share a strong bond which adds just a little magic to the line.
The girls wore their dresses today to our visit to Santa, which was an absolute hit!
