Branching out and trying new things can be scary, but when it comes to food or drinks, I think it’s necessary. You never know if you’ll like something, if you don’t try it! Everyone has certain preferences when it comes to alcohol, so I wanted to make sure I found a bunch of different options for people to choose from. There’s an endless amount of signature cocktails at NYC restaurants, but which are the very best of the best? I went searching and found the ones that you need to try and where to find them!
Pom & Bubble
This drink is a delicious Cava cocktail that is topped off with a refreshing pomegranate popsicle! There’s no drink that is more perfect to have in the summer, than a cool one with a frozen treat in it. You can find this signature drink at Thep, a fantastic Thai restaurant- the name itself means excellent, you have to try it out!
Mexican Stiletto
Stop everything you’re doing and go grab this cocktail with friends! This is the signature cocktail at Lou Lou, a french restaurant in Chelsea, and to say it’s delicious is an understatement. It consists of Don Julio Blanco, agave, grapefruit and Peychaud’s Bitters and the most fun part of this drink is that it’s served in the cutest glass shaped like a bird!
Absolut Watermelon Frose
This drink is self explanatory. Watermelon Frose?? Yes, please! I love a good, refreshing twist on just a typical frose. You can find this drink at Jasper’s, located in the heart of Hell’s Kitchen. One of the most perfect summer drinks, it keeps you cool and is so refreshing. They have happy hour 7 days a week, as well!
Painkiller
Don’t let this name scare you away, this cocktail is sure to cure you of your Sunday Scaries! It’s a combination of Rum, coconut cream, orange juice, pineapple juice and garnished with nutmeg. This might sound like a crazy concoction, but it is seriously dreamy. This signature cocktail can be found at Kokomo, a delicious Caribbean restaurant located in Brooklyn.
Chatpata Fizz
You will not find a cooler drink than this one! It’s Mezcal mixed with Chatpata soda, jasmine wasabi, green tabasco, smoked salt, pandan and lime. Spicy and stunning! This cocktail is a signature at Thyme Bar, a really cool speakeasy that makes all of their drinks into intricate works of art.
Margaret Ann Bulkley
This is one of the most beautiful drinks I’ve ever seen, and it tastes even better than it looks! If you like a fruity drink, this one is for you! This cocktail consists of Gin, Rockey’s Botanical, apple juice, lemon juice, and Austin Eastcider. Oscar Wilde makes this and the atmosphere is just as beautiful as the drinks. You can grab this cocktail on weekends during their brunch hours!
Bradshaw on Bedford
Bandits in the West Village has exactly what you’re looking for, if you’re on the hunt for delicious cocktails. Their Bradshaw on Bedford signature drink is what dreams are made of. It’s vodka, lemon juice, rhubarb and garnished with rose petal, basil and sun dried tomato. It’s not only easy on the eyes, but it’s also easy on the stomach!
Espresso Martini
Calling all espresso martini fans, I have found the one you need to try! Sveta, a restaurant located in the West Village has a fantastic cocktail menu, but their espresso signature martini is one of the best in the city. It’s creamy, dreamy and downright delicious. Take a look at this photo and tell me you don’t want to run there for one, right now!
Frozen Pina Colada
What’s a more summery drink than a pina colada? And a frozen one, at that! The Pineapple Club‘s signature drink is back by popular demand this year, and I can see why. The best part is they sell to go ones, too! So if you just want to go pick one up or take one home after a meal to cool down, you have to try this drink!
Lychee Pee Martini
This purple martini is not only aesthetically pleasing, but it’s fantastic! If you’re a lychee fan, I highly recommend this sweet cocktail. Frida in midtown has it and you’ll have to snap a picture of it quickly, because it’ll be gone before your food arrives!
Aperol Spritz
If you’re an Aperol Spritz person, I have found the perfect one for you! It’s totally balanced out and not too bitter. You can find it at The Mean Fiddler, located in Midtown! And they have great deals there, so why not go?!
Hot Pink Summer
The Magic Hour Rooftop in Times Square is by far the most Instagrammable rooftop in all of Manhattan- for their design and drinks. But the drinks live up to the looks. We all know it’s a hot girl summer, but the Hot Pink Summer drink signature cocktail is the drink of the summer! It’s Prosecco, dragon fruit and lemonade, my tastebuds are watering as I type this. If you love prosecco, this cocktail is one you need to try!

Not only do they sound delicious, but they are all beautiful! I wouldn’t expect anything less from NYC.
These are all so beautiful. Many of them also sound delicious. I will be near a few in the Fall and will check them out, for certain.
I love how artistic those cocktails look. I would definitely give them a try if ever I was in New York.
Indeed, this is quite an interesting selection of cocktail drinks. I particulary liked how they are served in very cute glasses, topped with brilliant garnish.
Ooo yes please how pretty are these fab cocktails, so many to sample and try. Very photogenic too x
They come up with the best names for drinks. I would like to take my youngest to NYC (he’s only 13). He’s never been and I’d like him to see how wonderful it is there.
NICE POST!
THANK YOU FOR SHARING….
All of these look amazing! The presentations are great. Unfortunately, I don’t drink. I would if any of them come in virgin formulations? Thanks for sharing!
I’m sure they can!
Aside from the art of mixing drinks, what attracts me most is how they present each drink, adding fruits, flowers, etc. It looks amazing making the drinks worth every sip.
I have to say “WoW” so beautiful from the color, and container, I bet they must taste good as well. Thanks for sharing this with us and I am looking forward to try them myself! – Knycx Journeying
