Obviously, with the 4th of July nearing, I’m grabbing some fun clothing items for my kids to show their patriotic support for the holiday! I know a lot of the pieces sold in stores can be kind of cheesy, but some of those are really fun and make for cute outfits! There’s also a way to put outfits together with versatile pieces that can work really well for the July holiday. Moreover, I’ll go over a few ways you can plan your shopping mindset for the day, to figure out which clothes you’d like to purchase for July activities.
Firstly, here’s a few kids pieces I’m grabbing for Independence Day!
Kids grow so quickly, that I completely understand if you don’t want to spend a ton of money on items that really only make sense to wear this one day of the year. When it comes to picking out a Fourth of July outfit, it does make sense to grab items that are versatile. For instance, blue stripes, blue colors in general, a white shirt, red shorts or even white sandals are all incredibly versatile options that can be mixed and matched!
We only get to celebrate the 4th of July one day a year, so why not pick out at least one fun thing?! Certainly, American flags and red stars are a great way to bring in some patriotic energy to your kids outfits. Indeed, kids do love to dress up, it’s a way they express themselves. I know when I was a child, I loved to go all out for the holidays, I mean I still do! Overall, it makes the day feel a little bit more special.
Finally, there are such things as summer staples. For example, a white dress is perfect for all summer long until Labor Day! Additionally, we need swimsuits, t-shirts, sandals and the colors red, white and blue can all be worn throughout the entire summer. Presently, I included a ton of summer staple items in my top picks for the holiday below.
