Here’s a great breakfast frittata recipe, 🍳 perfect if you’re hosting guests next week! Big thank you to my friend @roseleprestyle for this recipe! It’s soooo good! Recipe below, but you can make this with anything!

Recipe:
6 eggs
3 potatoes
1 onion
1 pepper
2 handfuls of spinach
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 breadcrumbs
Salt/Pepper

Cook the potatoes in olive oil till fully cooked. This takes anwhile so be patient. Dice onion and peppers, add to pan. In bowl combined eggs, milk, cheese, breadcrumbs, salt/pepper, spinach. Add in mixture to pan and cook until almost done. Next you’re going to flip the frittata and cook on other side. Tip: make sure there’s no more liquid in pan. Flip and cook on other side and serve! Enjoy!

The holidays are always the busiest time of the year. But sometimes, it’s okay to cancel plans and use the excuse you have to clean your home. Luckily, my cleaning is easy with my @irobot. So easy with voice activation thanks to @Alexa99. All I need to say is “Alexa - tell Roomba to clean the living room”, I don’t even have to get off the couch! Come with me as I surprise the girls with a Royal Day 👑! We started off at the @museumofbroadway to check out the Six Royal Gallery which was the coolest, next it was off to @bond45nyc for a delicious dinner in their Six themed corner! After dinner, it was over to the Lena Horne Theatre to see @sixbroadway. We loved the show so much, the music, the costumes, so so good! After the show, the girls and I hung out by the stage door where we met the cast and they had them sign their playbills! A Royal Day indeed, and one to be remembered for a lifetime!

TIPS for a successful shoot and a little behind the scenes from our holiday photo card shoot! 📸

1. Photographer is key! For the past three years @davi_livingston has photographed our family. She flies in from AZ each year and usually sends me her dates in the summer. Some of my other fabulous photogs are @nadialeonphotography @michellerosephoto @claudinewilliamsphoto

2. Theres nothing I love more than coordinating outfits, we just published an entire blog post on our outfits last week, go check it out. But this year I went for classic beige and black.

3. Location! This has always been super important to me. I love a good NYC backdrop. One of my fav shoots was back in 2012 on the subway! I like to change it up each year and this year decided on Tribeca.

4. Time of day! Lighting can be tough so we usually do all of our shoots in the morning hours, this also helps with avoiding crowds and people in the background.

5. Take your pics in October. The earlier the better for me, that way I can check it off my list, and also don’t have to worry about the temps being super cold. (Clearly for us NYC peeps)

6. Most important tip. Printing (& sending!) out your cards. I use my trusted @minted for the past 10 years now and just loveeee their quality and designs! Stay tuned in the next week or so for a fun giveaway with them! 😉
