If I’m not watching one of my top 10 Binge Worthy Shows, I’m listening to pretty inspiring mamas tell the world how it’s done via podcasts. Truth is, up until last month I have never even listened to one. I’ve been on tons talking about my blogging experience and motherhood, but can we just say I didn’t even know there was a podcast app on my phone! My good friend Natalie and I sat down one day to lunch and she shared some of her favs with me, and I have to say now I am hooked! It’s almost like listening to a book on audible, but with a news type feel to it, and more interaction. There are so many different podcasts out there with so many different topics, that you are bound to find some you enjoy listening to! Some of my favorite ones are the ones discussing topics applicable to my work life, relatable mom stories, and more. I’ve listed some of mine out here for you to take a listen to and I would love to hear some of your favorites in the comments section!
Gwyneth Paltrow’s The Goop Podcast discusses changing up old patterns creating new ones with newer conversations. The episodes air every Thursday and are a fun way to find new conversation, ideas, and discoveries.

Kids don’t come with an instruction manual, being a mommy is full time, and seeking advice is difficult when it comes to the little ones we love. Mom Brain discusses the ups and downs, the highs and lows, the laughs and the what just happened moments of motherhood.
Rachel Brathen, or The Yoga Girl, inspires many as she discusses trust, finding balance, over-coming adversity, and well-being in From the Heart. This is a great one, especially going into the new year hoping to become more mindful!
