Iโve heard from plenty of friends and readers how it can be such a hassle to have to make dinner for the entire family during the week. While I absolutely love cooking, finding the time in the day to dedicate an hour plus to just cooking is a constant struggle. Every week, I plan out each nightโs meal in advance, challenging myself to cook at least 5 nights a week. Not only does it save my family money, but itโs way healthier than ordering out.
A group of my friends and I started a โPost Your Dinnerโ group on Facebook, where each night we snap a photo of our spreads to share what we are preparing, and what works for the kids. Itโs been a great resource for new ideas, or fresh spins on the same redundant meals.ย
Last week, one friend posted this incredible Shrimp Scampi dish with whole wheat couscous, tomatoes, and green beans. We all commented how incredible it looked.
