Sunday Styles: Alice and Ames Dresses

This is a sponsored post. Thank you for supporting SITC.

We are currently in the midst of full-on fall activities over here. This weekend, we headed upstate to do some apple and pumpkin picking. This weather during this time of year, especially in New York City, can be a tricky one. One minute you are chilly, and the next you are basically stripping off your jacket. I packed for all the weather scenario’s which was no easy task, to say the least, but these sweet little Alice & Ames dresses made their way into the suitcase.

Alice + Ames is a U.S. based company that creates the perfect balance in design and comfort, resulting in a wardrobe that both moms and children can love. Alice + Ames was established in 2015 by a mother of three daughters who dreamed of designing clothing that she and her little girls could love.

All Alice + Ames clothing are ethically made in California, and with as little waste as possible; whether that’s by housing yearly warehouse sales for second-quality items and returns, or creating hair accessories out of fabric scraps, Alice + Ames is always looking for ways to reduce their footprint.

The girls are wearing the Alice & Ames “Ballet” dresses. They are super soft and twirly (which they love!) and have a low scoop back, cropped long sleeve, and circle skirt! Siella made a comment that her dress is perfect for apple picking, and Gemma’s is the perfect color for pumpkin picking!

  1. It looks like they had a lot of fun with these dresses. Picking out a couple of new dresses from Alice & Ames for a special occasion would be such a fun surprise.

  2. It’s all about the twirling in those dresses. I don’t know a little girl who wouldn’t want to twirl. I really like the striped dress. If only my daughter was little again.
