Toddler Style

Lately, it seems that Gemma has been undergoing developmental spurts every few days. Sometimes, she stops me dead in my tracks by a mature comment or a new action. Naturally, through it all, she continues to mimic her older siblings, and I am left in disbelief that she is growing so quickly; actually too quickly for me.

Last week, Siella had a birthday gathering with some friends for manis and pedis. I assumed Gemma would be running around while the girls had their nails painted, but instead, she completely surprised me and sat along side the big girls, getting her treatment. Gemma’s little eyes watched her manicurist carefully, throughout out every step of the process. She was amazed, and I was amazed just watching.

When it comes to my little toddler’s style, I turned to Melijoe.com for the perfect outfit, on her big sister’s birthday. I am always guaranteed to find unique pieces from a wide assortment of different designers. I found this magical Unicorn Stella McCartney Dress, that I actually wish came in my size. The sleeveless cotton fleece racerback dress with jewel tones was the perfect dress for her first day at the spa, on a hot humid day. She was super comfy, and she actually complimented her big sister’s outfit perfectly.

I was planning on having her wear her favorite pink sandals, but while I was navigating the Melijoe site, I stumbled across these fun flower sandals by Billiblush, that I simply couldn’t resist. They turned out to be the perfect match for her outfit, leaving her little toes free for her inaugural pedicure.

With over 120 kid’s fashion brands, Melijoe.com offers the best in children’s style. The site allows you to browse the fashion industry’s top kid’s collections from brands like Scotch and Soda, Stella McCartney Kids, Little Marc Jacobs, Burberry and their mood boards are so inspiring.  Although I am looking forward to the summer months, I cannot wait to shop their back to school collections within the next few months.

  1. i’m so grateful I have so many little Littles in my life to buy gifts for – – otherwise your post switch give me baby fever 🙂 I’m done with the baby

  2. Stella McCartney makes toddler clothes? I had no idea my child could have been high fashion! Oh well, he’s a boy and he’s now 8 so it’s probably for the best!

  3. I am really enjoying the theme/design of your website.
Do you ever run into any internet browser compatibility
issues? A handful of my blog visitors have complained about my
blog not working correctly in Explorer but looks great in Opera.
Do you have any ideas to help fix this problem?
