Happy & Healthy

For the past few months, part of our breakfast routine has consisted of a “green monster,” as I like to call it. My concoctions usually consist of kale, spinach, berries, bananas, chia and flax seeds, and coconut water. The kids love their frozen treats, and they look forward to their daily dose; all while I secretly take note that they are checking off some veggie servings for the day. Preparing and cooking healthy meals for my family has always been one of my priorities, and I always carve out time in the day for this, especially at dinner time.

Recently, Gemma was invited by Happy Family to participate in a photo shoot, for the brand’s online marketing campaigns, featuring their new Love My Veggies line. I was thrilled at the opportunity to participate, as with three young kids, we are huge fans of the organic brand, not to mention that I thought Gemma would have a blast, since she is quite the ham for a camera.

In April, Happy Family will be launching Love My Veggies, the first line of pouches to contain a full serving of nutritious veggies like spinach and sweet potatoes. With one full serving of vegetables, a pouch is perfect for those days when we are on the run, and the kids need to keep a balanced diet. In addition to one full serving of vegetables, Love My Veggies pouches provide essential nutrients including Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Iron and Magnesium to help nourish toddlers’ growing bodies.

The brand is one of the 31 innovative wellness brands included in Made to Matter – handpicked by Target. The collection offers an assortment of great products made with simple, recognizable ingredients,  which are designed to be better for everyone and accessible to anyone. The Made to Matter collection will include several Happy Family innovations, starting with the new Love My Veggies pouches.

The shoot was an incredible experience, and I cannot wait to share the final photos with all of you. Gemma was a natural, and ate up every minute of being in the spot light.

Thank you Happy Family for sponsoring this post.

Thanks so brands like Happy Family, it is easy to keep this pattern even on the busiest of days..the days when you don’t have time to make that smoothie or when on the road too!
