Siella’s birthday party was this Saturday and everything went just perfect – guests, weather, decor, everything! But I have to say I am wiped out and kinda happy it is over. There is just so much planning involved and then its over so quickly. I will post more details about the party over the next week, but in the meantime, I uploaded this picture to instagram and it created such a buzz, I wanted to share with you. I made a simple three tiered cake alternating vanilla and chocolate cake and frosted with whipped icing. Then I found these “edible butterflies” on etsy, and just placed them down the side. I also placed them on the cupcakes. The butterflies made the cake and everyone fully enjoyed!
