Building Self-Esteem In My Children

This is a sponsored post by Dove. Thank you for supporting SITC.
Building self-esteem within my three children has always been very important to me. There are so many pitfalls out there in the world, just waiting to tear down our children. From messaging on TV to cyberbullying and everything in between, the world is hard, even for kids. With that being said, there is so much beauty out there, as well. I want my kids to be able to weather the obstacles that they’ll face in life and be able to soak up all the joy that other parts of life have to offer them. Building self-esteem in them is my way of doing that. When they’re confident in themselves, they’ll be able to face challenges and embrace wins.

That’s why I love the Dove Self-Esteem Project. It’s a site full of information and resources that help parents build self-esteem in their children. I’ve always loved how well Dove products work, but now I love them for an even more important reason. They’re helping parents uplift their kids, and these days, that’s more important than ever. The past few months have been hard on everyone, even the kids. Between missing out on all their summer activities and hanging out with friends, it has been a very isolating experience for my kids, and I know it must have been that way for kids all across the country.

I love giving my kids Dove products to help them keep that self-confidence I’ve been working so hard to instill in them. When you look good and smell good, you feel good, and Dove helps my kids do that.

Dove helps 15,000 young people in the USA every day to build self-esteem and body confidence. Right now, we can help support the Dove commitment to build self-esteem for young people when we buy choose Dove products at BJ’s Wholesale Club. In addition, from 9/14 to 10/14, when we purchase $50 worth of qualifying Dove items, we’ll also get a $10 award loaded onto our BJ’s Wholesale Club membership cards, so it’s a win for everyone.

There are two great Dove products you can purchase to support building self-esteem in kids across the country and get a little something back for your wallet, as well.

  2. Haven’t her about this campaign before but I’m a big fan of Dove, I’m using them since I was a child. Bring up good memories. Loved to see your cute little angels in this article ❤️

  3. I discovered Dove soap when I was around your daughters’ age and I thought it was the softest, most wonderful soap. I’m a huge fan since then and I use their moisturizer on the daily!
