Two Ingredient Pancakes

You read that right– there’s only 2 ingredients in these pancakes! That’s bananas and eggs. Which might sound a bit bizarre, but they are actually so delicious and the fact that there’s only a couple ingredients makes the creation and cleanup super simple. Feel free to top them with maple syrup, fruit or chocolate chips!

Zucchini Bread Muffins

You can have cake for breakfast! Especially in the form of a muffin. I think muffins are a really quick, grab and go type of breakfast and it’s something that’s sweet enough for the kids to really enjoy, while veggies are hidden in it!

Tropical Breakfast Bars

Making your own breakfast bars is not only one of the most perfect healthy breakfast ideas, but it makes for a great after school snack you can pack! These are full of great ingredients and are super healthy. It’s like making your own granola bar! I can’t wait to try these out!

Something I like to do is prep breakfast while I’m making lunches at night. This is a simple recipe that can go into the oven while you pack your kids’ lunches. You basically combine all ingredients and pop it in the oven! This is gonna be our go-to morning meal for busy mornings, for sure.

Breakfast Tacos

Has anyone tried a breakfast taco before? They are so good! This recipe in particular is pretty healthy, as well, so your kids will not only be full all morning until lunch, but they will get great nutrients in. Fluffy eggs, cheddar cheeses, bell peppers, even hash browns if you’d like- make them customizable! These are quick to make and you can grab any veggies in your fridge!

Sausage Breakfast Casserole

Casseroles are a way to meal prep for the week and keep meals quick. This one is delicious and made up of eggs, sausage and hashbrowns- the perfect breakfast combination! You could totally swap out the sausage for bacon or make it vegetarian, if you’d like!

Breakfast Potatoes

Who doesn’t love a good hash brown? While these aren’t hashed, they are chopped up potatoes. And they are delicious and super filling. You can dip them in ketchup or even sour cream if you’d like. Feel free to add a little cheese, too.

Instant Pot Oatmeal

We’re talking about easy breakfast recipes, oatmeal is a great breakfast that is incredibly filling. The best part is that it’s completely customizable. You can top it with fruit, cinnamon, sugar, really anything you’d like! This cooks in an instant pot, so it does everything for you!

Nutella Stuffed Pancakes

Want to win the mom of the year award? I think these pancakes can make that possible! How delicious do these look? My kids love nutella, so I’m really excited to make these for the first day of school this year! I’m sure you could even try peanut butter, if you’d like a great way to get healthy fats into healthy breakfast recipes.

Breakfast Pizza

I haven’t tried anything like this before, but I’m incredibly intrigued! We’re New Yorkers, so pizza is kinda our thing here. And putting an egg and bacon on pizza sounds pretty good honestly. I think this is a recipe that your kids would love to help make, too! These are great school breakfast ideas for busy school mornings because they are easy to prep for. It makes for a quick breakfast for the whole family this school season!

Breakfast Hand Pies

Now these are a cool breakfast idea! They’re like hot pockets, but so much healthier! You can totally decide what goes in them, but this recipe looks outstanding, so I highly suggest following it!

Chia and Oat Breakfast Scone

Scones are a delicious idea for breakfast! These can be made the night before, as well and you can top them with your favorite greek yogurt and berries to make an even better breakfast! The chia seeds and oats make these super filling, as well. This is a delicious breakfast for those who have a sweet tooth. You can also make a big batch of these, so you have plenty for the first meal of the day all week long!
