Inside My Skin Routine

For me, self care has really been the biggest challenge for me now that I am a mom. You would think as the kids get older, I would have more time to myself, but it’s proven to be quite the opposite. I cram as much as I can in the five hours of their school day, but in reality, it’s just not enough time.  Gym time may not happen as frequently as I like, but I’m happy to say that I’ve finally gotten my skin care routine in check.

At the beginning of October, I shared my discovery of the newest product from Silk’n, the Titan! Titan is a non- invasive way to tighten and lift skin, on the face and neck. I used Titan twice a week for the first four weeks, and now I am down to once a week, so there is no excuse to not fit it into my busy schedule. I apply the Titan hyaluronic gel, and move the device over my face, to treat each area separately, for about 30 minutes total. The gel warms up, so the process is surprisingly relaxing, and I usually do it after the kids are in bed. I noticed a difference after the first use, and now after my ninth week, I cannot get over the results! For years, I’ve been so self conscious over the wrinkle line between my eyebrows. As you can see it in this photo below, the line is fading. Mind you, this is without injectables or crazy skin peels!

So, how does this process work? The Titan works from the inside out, activating the body’s natural restoration process to reduce wrinkles while repairing collagen and elastin fibers. By combining three different engeries: the infrared energy, LED light energy, and also the bi-polar radio frequency energy, this device is able to boost collagen and tighten and reveal younger-looking skin. I get the same results as I would if I were to receive these treatments in a dermatologist office, yet the device is just $269.00!

I’ve compared a few photos I took this summer to ones I’ve taken now, and I’m so happy with my results. I feel super confident knowing that my skin is glowing and looking younger. In fact, I’ve even had a few friends ask me what I’m doing differently with my skin care routine. I told them they need to add the Titan by Silk’n to their Christmas list!
