Layering With Style & Adventure

While visiting California last week, we ventured down to Legoland in San Diego. Like most days in California, it was perfect weather. The sun was shining, with temps in the high 60s, it was ideal for bouncing around an amusement park. One thing I recall from my previous work trips to Los Angeles was that you need to prepare for the changing temperatures. With warm days being capped off with cooler evenings, dressing in layers is a must. Packing for three kids was challenging enough, and now I needed to make sure they had plenty of pieces to layer.

Season after season, Molo is brand I always find myself going back to when stocking the kids wardrobe. Their clothing is designed for everyday life, not just special occasions. Children need clothing which allows them to move freely, express themselves openly and fearlessly explore a world of delightful possibilities. Their collections always consist of strong colors, fun prints, and bold combinations, which are right up my kids’ alley.

Siella loves funky colors so Molo’s Eye Lash Tunic was something that was perfect for the girls. The semi asymmetrical dress has a gathering across it’s back which gives it a lovely puff effect, and just enough detail to even be worn as a dress. Wanting to layer so the girls would be warm in the evening, I paired the playful tunics with Molo’s classic leggings in neon yellow. For Ryder, he rocked their super comfy 100% cotton graphic tee. He lives in tees during the spring and summer months, and I always love the edgy printed options from Molo.

Despite the spring break crowds, we had an unbelievable day at Legoland. We hit some rides, and checked out all the wild structures and characters built out of Legos. We were sharply dressed, and it was the perfect family day.

Thank you Molo for sponsoring this post.
