Thriving Into Summer

The mom-hunt for healthy and nutritious snacks is real and seems never ending. Since we are always on-the-go, I am constantly on the lookout for quick, easy and most importantly, healthy snacks to have on hand for my kids. With summer upon us, barbecues and ice cream trucks make an easy distraction from our healthy eating habits, but I still try to make every effort to maintain their well-balanced lifestyle, while still leaving some room to indulge!

GoGo squeeZ  has been in our snack arsenal for ages. Speaking of yogurt and dairy products… Did you know that June is National Dairy Month? Dairy is really important for the whole family! The body of science indicates that eating nutritious dairy foods, such as milk, cheese and yogurt improves bone health, especially in children and adolescents.

If you haven’t already tried my favorite go-to snack I urge you to give every GoGo squeeZ flavor a whirl—or at least celebrate National Dairy Month and pick up a few boxes of the yogurtZ flavors. You will definitely develop a healthy addiction to them like my kids and I have.

2 GoGo squeeZ Blueberry yogurtZ pouches
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 banana
1 cup of milk

Mix in blender! Enjoy!

  1. We by Go Go brand products in our household all the time, even though there are no kids. I prefer the taste to traditional yogurt, and it’s not nearly as messy.

  2. These on the go yogurt pouches look great! We’re an active family, so I like the idea of being able to bring a healthy snack along that the kids can just scarf down in between whatever they’re doing.

  3. My son loves it when I buy anything in a squeeze pouch. I don’t know if we carry these here but I will check.

  4. Our family LOVES GoGoSqueeze. I think they are fantastic because it is a healthy snack that I can take anywhere! I’ll have to try out the recipe, I’ve never put our GoGos into anything, just enjoy them straight!

  6. Oh I am going to try those Purple Monsters for the kids!!! What a great summer snack! I have been giving my kids Go Go Squeeze for as long as I can remember! I love how they fit in my cooler bag for the park, pool or beach!
