December 30th 2022 - 🌊 not sure how many days we are into this holiday break but I decided to wake the kids and Jason early and head to the beach! 🌊 Not going to lie it wasn’t an easy feat getting everyone up and out of the house early, and I may have bribed them with Starbucks along the way, but wow I’m so glad we spent the morning walking alongside the ocean, talking about our hopes and dreams and goals for the New Year! But the one thing I slack on is actually sending them out. I love hand writing everyone’s addresses, I don’t have printed labels, mainly because here in NYC someone is always moving apartments. I just sent mine out this past weekend, and that was considered on the earlier side for me. I managed to workout four days in studio, and 2 days online for four weeks straight! This was the first time I actually put myself first, made sure these classes fit into my insane schedule, turned down things if I had to, even threw my back out one of the weeks but I did it. I showed up for myself and I have to say it didn’t stop at 30 days, I’m still committed to these classes that not only changed my body but also my mindset and I’m forever grateful!
