New York City weather has been super tricky over the past few weeks. Just when I thought we can change over to fall gear, the temps crept back up and we were back in summer clothes by the middle of last week. That was followed up by rain and now, it’s been freezing ever since. Today looked like we were in for another wash out, but we were all relieved to see the sun come out, resulting in a very nice end of the weekend. We strolled through the neighborhood, stopping for brunch along the way. Hopefully, some real fall weather will roll in this week.
Finally, with the temperature, I could dress the kids in their new outfits from Appaman. The girls are wearing long sleeve sweater dresses, which are sure to get lots of use for the rest of the season. And, I couldn’t resist Appaman’s faux fur jacket and vest. They’ve really knocked it out of the park with their entire outwear collection this season.
Ryder is all about the sweats and tees, and just feeling comfortable. Appaman makes a super slouchy, tapered, ultra soft french terry pant. While the look may be casual, the little details make this a super trendy and hip style. To compliment the pants, I stocked up on graphic T’s, which he lives in.
So thankful we could play outdoors this weekend, even though the window was brief, because we have another busy week ahead. Happy Sunday!
