I am honored to have the opportunity to be working with Taudrey on a custom piece for a beautiful movement. They have something they do called the Pretty Impactful Movement, which I am thrilled to be a part of. Taudrey is all about empowering women with their pieces and I have been a long time fan of them. We’re teaming up together this season to spread joy and through this exclusive collection. Along with this, we are celebrating women everywhere from all different walks of life. Through these special pieces, we aim to empower girls all over the world.
The Pieces
Hearts are my favorite shape hands down! One thing I knew going into this collaboration was that I needed to incorporate hearts. If you’ve seen our past collaborations, you’ll know I am a major fan of the mother of pearl. I think it is stunning and wanted to give an option for a more classic holiday look while there would also be a more casual piece of jewelry. We call this the Giving Heart Necklaces. The gold chain is casual but can totally be dressed up by every single person. In true Taudrey fashion, we had to give options for everyone to find something they would enjoy. These are pieces that would stop me in my tracks if I saw them in a window display! Te fact that they are on the affordable side and a portion of the proceeds goes to support young women makes it even better!
The Design Process
I wanted to create something really special for not only me but everyone who will be wearing it. As a mother of 3, I try to incorporate my kids into everything I create. We began with three hearts as a symbol for each of my children and I wanted to do something that would be versatile for everyone. Hearts have been incredibly on trend in recent years, particularly the charm looking ones with a chunky chain and we felt this was not only in style at the moment but wanted to make an affordable option for the holiday season. We went in the same direction for both pieces but created options that incorporated the mother of pearls to stand for not just mothers but all women.

I’ve dreamed of being able to design something this special since I was a young girl and I am so thankful to Taudrey for this opportunity. Social media can feel overwhelming at times but being able to spread the word about a movement that can positively affect a lot of people is amazing.
