Barbie is hosting this Pop-Up Experience in celebration of its 60th anniversary! This will be an immersive, hands-on space to explore the history of Barbie and take a look into her future!

Dolby Soho Pop Up

The Dolby Soho Pop up is available through Sunday, March 31 from 12pm-8pm. It is a free interactive experience with sound and sight where science meets are and technology meets the imagination. Located at 477 Broadway in Soho.

Macy’s Flower Show Opening

The Macy’s Flower show is themed Journey to Paradisios aka Outerspace! The show starts on Sunday March 24 thru April 7, 2019. It is completely free and located at 151 W 34th St.

NY Botantical Garden: Orchid Show

The New York Botanical Garden presents its 17th annual Orchid show thru Sunday April 28th. Located at the Enid A. Haupt Observatory in the Bronx. The theme is tropical and pricing for weekdays is $23 weekdays, $28 weekends.

Spyscape: James Bond Exhibition

This James Bond multi-sensory experience takes you to discover the behind the scenes making of the 007 movies. Unleash the secrets of James Bond’s Aston Martin, explore gadgets in Q’s lab, and observe Sir Ken Adam’s art studio! This exhibition opens on March 8th and is available from 10 am to 9 pm for $23 for adults and $18 for children.

St. Patrick’s Day Parade

The St. Patrick’s Day Parade route along 5th avenue between 44th St. & 79th St. will take place on March 16th this year and my kiddies always look forward to this parade!

United Airlines Half Marathon

The United Airlines half marathon will take place on March 17 at 7:30 am. The route begins in Prospect Park, into the streets of Brooklyn, and finishes in Central Park.

Dessert Goals

New York City in March! | Stroller In The City

Dessert Goals is hosting a party animal themed experience to try the best desserts NYC has to offer at Sound River Studios in Long Island City, on March 23 & 24. This will be their 5th annual! Come with colorful party vibes with animal flair. Tickets are $12 and they will be open from 12pm – 6pm.

New York International Children’s Film Festival

The New York International Children’s Film Festival will be showing 75+ film screenings, 20 feature films, 10 unique short story films, premiers, parties, and there’s a red carpet event. The Children’s Film Festival is through March 17. Programs are for ages 3 – 18 and ticket pricing varies from $14-$20.

Total Vocal with celebrity guests from “Pitch Perfect”

Total Vocal will take place Sunday March 24 at 2 pm at Carnegie Hall. Total Vocal is in celebration of contemporary a cappella singers all over the world. This will be their 5th anniversary.

Big Apple Comic Con

New York City in March! | Stroller In The City

Star William Shatner will be hosting this event and there will be an opportunity to do a meet and greet with him. The Big Apple Comic Con is on March 9 & 10 from 10 am -7 pm and 10am – 6pm, respectively.

  1. There is so much going on! I really love all the Barbies. I think it’s great that they’re making her more broadly accessible and realistic these days.
