I know most of us love shopping online, and I am definitely all about the ease of just clicking a button, but the convenience of websites doesn’t quite satisfy my passion for fashion if I can’t touch, feel, style or try it on. I am an old fashion gal, and still love to shop in stores! With this, I couldn’t be more excited to find out Land’s End, a brand I’ve solely ordered online, now has a free standing store, just 40 minutes away from my apartment!
The Grand Opening celebration commenced with a ribbon cutting ceremony by members of Somerset County Chamber of Commerce last Saturday, and it drew a huge crowd. Inside the store, the first 100 customers received a free gift, a Lands’ End’s tote, one of the brand’s heritage products. And let me just say everyone shopped until they dropped! It was the first time I actually shopped for fall clothes for the five of us in one shot . They have amazing coats and fleeces, perfect for the upcoming ski season!
Outside the store, shoppers visited the Lands’ End Airstream on its Heritage Tour. The Airstream is tricked out as a Seagoing™ Duffle to celebrate two things: 55 years of Lands’ End, and its loyal customers. Throughout the Heritage Tour, anyone can enter for the chance to win a 5-day stay in the Airstream. Details here!
The new store offers a unique digital kiosk feature, allowing customers to check out from any part of the store, as well as traditional Lands’ End features like free shipping and a no-questions-asked return policy!
The Bridgewater store is the fourth brick and mortar Lands’ End facility opened in 2018. Earlier in the year, Lands’ End opened new stores in Staten Island, Kildeer, Ill. and Burlington, Mass, bringing the total number of Lands’ End stand-alone stores to 15 locations in the country. To find the Lands’ End store nearest you, please visit the store locator on landsend.com.

Land’s End is one of my favorite stores of all time! That Bridgewater store looks like so much fun! I love the vibe.
Lands End is our go to, my kids have a hand me down jacket that has managed to survive 9 years, 4 boys and still looks like it just came off the rack. Talk about quality pieces.
I am right there with you about being able to touch fabrics! While I love shopping online there is always something missing when it comes to textiles because you can’t touch them and feel the smoothness or weight! Glad to hear about this new store!
I didn’t know there was a store in Bridgewater, so this is good news! I think they carry some of the best and warmest winter coats I’ve seen.
I have worn Lands Wnd since the early 80s. They make high quality clothing. Many of their pieces become my favorites throughout the season.
I wonder if we have this store here. I will have to check. I would love to have that yellow jacket. SO pretty!
I’ve never really shopped with Lands End, but I’ve seen their ads in the mail. I love that cute little green bus/van though, it’s sooooooo adorable.
That Land’s end pop up trailer is such an eye catching way to advertise the new grand opening.
I could spend a lot of time in this store They have a lot of the things I really enjoy shopping around for.
Only 15 stand alone stores? Wow. I thought there were more. Love their brand
I haven’t been to Land’s End in so many years. I will definitely have to check them out really soon!
I haven’t been to Land’s End in a long time. I would love to check out their new stores.
