Halloween Fashion Circuit

This week, we are on a non stop Halloween circuit. With three kids, and three different schools, they are dressing up every single day in costume. Ryder can’t wear his costume to school, so our class decided to have one big Halloween playdate after school. Gemma has a music class party, and Siella’s school puts on a parade, inviting the student’s siblings. My oven has been running the past two days, baking Halloween themed muffins and cupcakes, and the kids have kept busy stuffing mini candy bags for all their friends. By the time Halloween arrives on Saturday, we will have definitely had our fair share celebrating.

If your kids are anything like mine, they will want to wear different costumes throughout the week. Not wanting to burn out their “hero” costume before the 31st, I turned to H&M, for fun Halloween-esque costumes. These mini fashions were perfect for their in-school parties, as can they can still go in an alternative character, and they will definitely outlast the holiday for months to come.

For Siella, I chose this pink tulle sleeveless, flared dress in tulle with butterfly appliqués on the front, which I noticed paired with the glitter bat wings, in H&M’s Halloween Fashions page. Unfortunately, the children’s wings were sold out, so I found ones in the womens department that fit. They also had a matching butterfly headband that is sure to get tons of use.

Gemma’s little cat costume is just cracking me up. When searching for her look, I first spotted the top hat headband with little mouse sticking out, I knew I had to get it, and build the rest of the costume around it. Her black little cat jumper has a criss cross back, with two little faux leather pockets, perfect for her hiding her little toys.

H&M really made Halloween shopping fun and fashionable. Not only will the girls be happy in their alternative costumes, but they will still be able to wear some of these pieces in the months to come!

Thank you H&M for sponsoring this post.

  1. Your daughter in that pink tulle dress could not be more adorable. Now I’m wondering if they might have a big enough girl size to fit this grown woman 🙂
