Easter Favorites

Easter is less than a week away, yet I’ve been planning for it over a month. We are out in California for the kids’ spring break, so I needed to figure out how to bring the Easter bunny over to the West Coast. Since Jason has been out there for work, I decided to send him a box of goodies, that way he can keep it in his office and have everything ready for Easter Sunday. And since we won’t be seeing our baby cousins, I wanted to get a head start and make sure I send off their baskets so they will be able to have them for Easter morning.

I am a creature of habit, every year I always pick up Easter themed pjs for the kiddies. This year, I found these adorable ones from Apple Park. They are made with all organic cotton, and come in all of the picnic pal characters.

When it comes to Easter baskets, as much as chocolate takes up real estate in their baskets, I tend to hold off on putting in a ton and focus on meaningful toys that I know they will play with rather than getting a crazy sugar high before 8am. With that said, no Easter is complete without an Easter bunny! This year’s bunny will also be from Apple Park. I also picked up a few more for our little cousins too. It comes in their signature Apple Park hatbox and makes the perfect gift. They offer a series of these organic cotton plush Picnic Pals that also come along with heart-shaped apple rattles too.

I See Me Books has also been a staple in our home. Each holiday season, I tend to get each child a personalized and themed book. I thought their newest Easter theme, “Little Book Of Blessings”, was just perfect for each child.

Every book comes with a dedication page, and some even allow you to submit a picture of your child for the header.

This sweet little book is a collection of ten sweet and simple daily blessings, each written in rhyme and personalized with your child’s name. This keepsake book also includes a blessing of family members and friends! I personalized Ryder, Siella, and Gemma’s with blessing for each of their siblings, grandparents, and parents.

Checking just one more thing off the list in preparations for our trip! Cannot wait to celebrate Easter on the West Coast this year!
