  1. The book I am gravitating towards is Breathe Mama Breathe. I am learning more about mindfulness so this would be a helpful book.

  2. Great book titles for every mom! I would like to read the Breathe mama Breathe book. I really need some tips!

  3. Books are the perfect gift for Mother’s Day and I love your suggestions. Self-care seems to be where it is at right now as we learn more and more how important it is to take care of ourselves first so we can care for others. 🙂 I see a few books I want here!
