Here’s a great breakfast frittata recipe, 🍳 perfect if you’re hosting guests next week! Big thank you to my friend @roseleprestyle for this recipe! It’s soooo good! Recipe below, but you can make this with anything! Recipe: 6 eggs 3 potatoes 1 onion 1 pepper 2 handfuls of spinach 1/4 cup milk 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese 1/4 breadcrumbs Salt/Pepper Cook the potatoes in olive oil till fully cooked. This takes anwhile so be patient. Dice onion and peppers, add to pan. In bowl combined eggs, milk, cheese, breadcrumbs, salt/pepper, spinach. Add in mixture to pan and cook until almost done. Next you’re going to flip the frittata and cook on other side. Tip: make sure there’s no more liquid in pan. Flip and cook on other side and serve! Guess who’s hosting Thanksgiving this year?! 🦃 I got a head start on my table decor set up because I know the recipes will be the focus starting next week. I love a good tablescape, but the star of the show will be my magnums of @champagnelaurentperrier . The holidays are always the busiest time of the year. But sometimes, it’s okay to cancel plans and use the excuse you have to clean your home. Luckily, my cleaning is easy with my @irobot. So easy with voice activation thanks to @Alexa99. All I need to say is “Alexa - tell Roomba to clean the living room”, I don’t even have to get off the couch!
