Its Sunday morning, weather is perfect, mid 70’s, what to do?? My friend Vicki just moved to Lefferts Gardens and told me to check it out. Thirty minutes later we get there, rode the carousel…ok what next? Then I see a sign…Prospect Park Zoo. Umm, hello I never knew it existed! Since we’ve visited the Bronx, Central Park and Staten Island (don’t ask) zoo’s all in the last three months why not go for #4! Hands down by far my favorite one! The zoo is just enough for a little one to handle. Its not super big but there’s a safari trail, sea lions, and petting/feeding area. Make sure to check out the red pandas!
