Every Friday, I get some “ME” time. I have a babysitter come to care for Ryder and I take a yoga class. Kula Yoga offers one hour classes during the week, which are great for moms like me who don’t have time to sit through an hour and 45 minute session. Yoga is a great way to relieve stress and exercise. They also offer prenatal yoga for soon to be mamas. Go ahead and channel your inner Goddess!
