Today is the last day of SITC’s gifting and I give you the “Gift Of Giving”. I was sitting with a good friend, Julia Beck, earlier this week telling her about my gifting project and how I was looking for just one more day. She suggested GIVING, which I thought was a perfect idea! Below, you will find organizations that I have worked with this past year and ways on how you can give back too!
Every Mother Counts addresses the barriers to maternal health around the world and at home. You will find on their website a place to shop fun collections from Stella & Dot, Minted, and Dwell Studio with a portion of the proceeds going towards EMC efforts.
Baby Buggy provides essentials, clothing, gear and services to families in need. Donate gently used and new baby gear & clothing for infants and children age newborn-14. Drop off locations are located in NYC and several areas of California. Or become a volunteer with the many projects they have going on.
R Baby Foundation is uniquely focused on saving babies lives through improving pediatric emergency care. You can donate or help volunteer to raise awareness to make sure any baby or child in an emergency situation gets the best possible healthcare.
St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital – is to advance cures and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. Become a St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway sponsor and help make a difference in the lives of children in your community and around the world. You can also shop their gift shop.
Ronald McDonald House is that “home-away-from-home” for families so they can stay close by their hospitalized child at little or no cost. Start an online fundraising page and be sure to pick up RMHC Donation Boxes because spare change adds up to a lot of help.
I hope I have inspired you all to give back. Wishing everyone a very HAPPY HOLIDAYS filled with peace and love!!!

This is a great idea and so wonderful of you to post. I am a huge fan of Ronald McDonald house as well as Baby Buggy. I have never heard of the others but will definitely be checking them out.
Such a great idea!
