It amazes me as the years go by, holidays with my children have come with special traditions. With Easter upon us, I prepare to make the same pies, coloring eggs, visiting the same Easter Bunny year after year, and attending egg hunts in our neighborhood. As the kids are grow older, they’ve become accustomed to these little classics, and look forward to each. I hope they continue some of these events, to create special memories with their own families.
There’s something so wonderful about this time of year. The cold weather finally breaks as spring approaches. Easter season is especially anticipated because we celebrate Gemma’a birthday during the same time. Usually the holiday is just a day apart from one another, but this year we actually have a week to spread out the celebrations. This birthday is a big one for her this year. Five years old!
I love making easter baskets, and naturally, you can’t have an easter basket without putting a bunny inside. There are tons of stuffed animals to choose from, but I always want to find something special. I remember discovering Apple Park stuffed animals when Siella was just a baby, I picked up this sweet Bunny Backpack with floppy ears for her, which she still has today. I was drawn to the brand because they are environmentally responsible, and their high quality. Apple Park’s Farm Buddies were inspired by classic children’s toys, reinvented with the finest eco-friendly materials available. Each Farm Buddies come in two different sizes, and they are all so sweet it’s so hard to just pick one.

This year, we are going completely out of our norm and celebrating Easter on the slopes in Vermont. Just so the Easter bunny doesnt get lost, we are celebrating Easter a week early, with baskets chuck full of Apple Park Farm Buddies. Which one is your favorite?

These bunnies are cute! I like what I call old-style dresses. They’ll sure to be a hit with the kids.
I love the beautiful pics you take of your family. These bunnies are adorable; the perfect stuffed animal companion. I like the pink bunny the best.

It would be nice to put together an Easter basket for the kids this Easter especially for family that you don’t see often. I think these are all great items! I’m sure the kids will love each of these.
