The other night we went to dinner to a place called La Mar. O-M-G, the food was amazing and totally set the tone of how we will be eating during our stay in Chile. Unfortunately, nothing has compared and I’m bummed we went there first. The ceviches were “to die” for and I was told the fish down here actually have an extra coat of skin do to the fact that we are so close to the south pole. They have several restaurants scattered around the world: San Paolo, Panama, Mexico, and get this…San Francisco! But even better I was told they are opening one in New York City! I’m psyched!
