If you live in a city like NYC, scooters act as a form of transportation for some. In fact, in my neighborhood (Battery Park/Tribeca), I think it’s a requirement if your child is two years and up to own one. I saw the cutest thing the other day….these little kids heading to school with their mom….all three on scooters. If it gets them to school faster..hey why not!
