If you come out to the east end of Long Island often or if you’ve ever shopped on one of their “Main” streets, you will find a Golden Pear cafe shop. Every time we are here I make it a point to stop there at least ten times, no seriously maybe five. The coffee is great, breakfast amazing, and my favorite favorite is their texas turkey chili. I just discovered they actually have a cookbook and it has the recipe for their famous chili in it! I’m psyched, I can’t wait to go home and start cooking up these recipes!
