Lets cook because it’s my form of therapy. 🍲Making a lentil soup that I know you are going to make all winter long! Recipe below 👇🏼

Ingredients:
3 carrots
3 stalks of celery
1 1/2 onions
4 cloves garlic
I can tomato paste
Lentils
Veggie stock (or chicken)
Salt/pepper for seasoning
Olive oil

Directions:
Rinse lentils. Combine chopped onions, carrots, celery, lentils in big pot with veggie stock. Cook for about hour. Reserve 1/2 onion and garlic for other pan. Then after an hour saute 1/2 onion, garlic in olive oil till translucent, then add tomatoe paste. Once combined pour into pot with lentils and cook for another 1/2 hour. Enjoy!!!!
