December 30th 2022 - 🌊 not sure how many days we are into this holiday break but I decided to wake the kids and Jason early and head to the beach! 🌊 Not going to lie it wasn’t an easy feat getting everyone up and out of the house early, and I may have bribed them with Starbucks along the way, but wow I’m so glad we spent the morning walking alongside the ocean, talking about our hopes and dreams and goals for the New Year! Not only are the views impressive, but it’s one of our favorite rinks in the entire city! They’re open every day of the week and offer skating lessons and birthday parties. We are in the midst of the holiday craze countdown, not to mention the temperature in NYC has totally dipped. I went to start dinner today and realized I was out of a few essential ingredients. I hopped on the @getir_us app to order the remaining items I needed and they arrived in literally minutes! What stands out about Getir is how quick you can order household and grocery items! But the one thing I slack on is actually sending them out. I love hand writing everyone’s addresses, I don’t have printed labels, mainly because here in NYC someone is always moving apartments. I just sent mine out this past weekend, and that was considered on the earlier side for me. Since Ryder was born, I’ve only featured the kids on the card, but the past two years, Jason and I are making an appearance, it’s only been two years but it’s amazing to see how our family has evolved year after year. My kids’ go-to is always @quaker Chewy Bars! I managed to workout four days in studio, and 2 days online for four weeks straight! This was the first time I actually put myself first, made sure these classes fit into my insane schedule, turned down things if I had to, even threw my back out one of the weeks but I did it. I showed up for myself and I have to say it didn’t stop at 30 days, I’m still committed to these classes that not only changed my body but also my mindset and I’m forever grateful!
