If you’ve been following along on my stories, you’ll know I experienced the @ultraclearlaser two weeks ago at @daganplasticsurgery. This is the very first and only cold fiber laser in the world and the best part is that you can customize it. If you don’t have downtime and need a quick facial, you can go for a lower setting, but if you want deeper results, especially anti-aging and pigmentation related, you’ll want to go for a higher laser setting. I received a deeper treatment and can honestly say I’ve never been glowier or felt more confident in my skin! They are safe for all skin types and I can say first hand that after two weeks, my sun spots are no longer and my fine lines on my forehead are significantly reduced! Just wow! While it did take my skin a full seven days to recoup, it was def worth the wait! ✨🙌🏼✨

This interactive experience makes you feel like you are on the show, where you can view Monica’s apartment and even the chapel where Ross and Rachel said I Do! My favorite thing was that we were allowed to take our own photos there! They have an onsite retail store for all of your Friends merch needs and we had the most amazing time! Last week I was running from meeting to meeting, but thankfully I was near the @CapitalOneCafe at 59th and Lexington here in New York City, so I was able to take a moment to recoup and prep for my next meeting.

The Capital One Café is incredible - it’s open to everyone, offers free Wi-Fi and spacious seating areas for anyone to come in to get some work finished, take a meeting, or simply just take a minute to themselves. My favorite part is their coffee bar, offering delicious handcrafted drinks, pastries, sandwiches, snacks, and more!
