I never realized what a huge factor the weather plays in our lives and home. It impacts wardrobe, our choice in a means of transportation, if we are taking scooters, a train, or walking, our after school romps whether it be to the playground or indoor playdates, and of course, it effects our moods. In these past few weeks, with hints of spring temps and sunny skies, we all couldn’t have been happier. Playground time lasted well after hours, already breaking the rules about getting homework completed early because we all just wanted to spend as much time outdoors as possible.
We have lots happening this week. Gemma’s third birthday is Friday, so we are having a little get together on Saturday, and celebrating Easter on Sunday. Needless to say, it will be another action packed yet super fun weekend, spent with friends and family.
Last weekend, we visited the Easter Bunny, on the same day we welcomed the first day of Spring. Clothes shopping for the warmer months is always my most favorite, and this season I found these super cute dresses for the girls from Gymboree. With everything on our plates in the upcoming weeks, I felt these get ups would go perfect, with any of the spring festivities.
Gemma has on Gymboree’s Floral Dress with pink satin bow at the waist; and a Ruffle Cropped Cardigan, with sweet Eyelet Sandals.
While shopping at Gymboree online, I let Siella choose this Fuchsia Organza Dress with detailed embroidery, which I paired with a cardigan. Any shade of pink goes for her!
While the girls are smitten with their new outfits, I am excited for the warmer months headed our way. Bring on those endless days at the playground with friends, trips around our city and of course, lazy days at the beach.
Stroller In The City is psyched to have partnered with Gymboree, for their “One Big Happy Dress Up” campaign. I’d love to hear what your family’s #OneBigHappy most treasured spring moments are!
