Taking a mother–daughter trip to Canyon Ranch in Massachusetts felt like such a meaningful way to slow down and truly connect with Siella. Nestled in the Berkshires, Canyon Ranch has this calming, grounding energy that instantly makes you exhale. Siella and I went specifically to experience their Let Wellness Grow program, designed to introduce young adults to wellness in a way that feels approachable, empowering, and even fun. From the moment we arrived, it felt less like a getaway and more like an opportunity to reset together.
Let Wellness Grow Program
The Let Wellness Grow program was thoughtfully curated to meet young adults where they are—blending education, movement, mindfulness, and self-care without feeling overwhelming. We loved participating in wellness workshops that focused on stress management, nutrition, and building healthy habits that actually fit into real life. It sparked some really meaningful conversations between us about balance, mental health, and how wellness evolves as you grow.
Movement was a big part of our days, and it was refreshing to explore it together. From gentle fitness classes to time spent outdoors soaking in the peaceful surroundings, everything felt supportive rather than intense. Watching Siella engage with these experiences—curious, open, and confident—was incredibly special. It felt like planting seeds for lifelong wellness in a way that felt organic and empowering.
Of course, no Canyon Ranch experience would be complete without time at the spa. Sharing spa moments together—from relaxing massage treatments to quiet time in the wellness facilities—was such a luxury and something we don’t often slow down enough to do. It became a space not just for relaxation, but for bonding, reflection, and presence.

This trip was a reminder that wellness isn’t just about routines or rituals—it’s about connection, awareness, and growth. Experiencing Canyon Ranch’s Let Wellness Grow program together made this mother–daughter getaway deeply memorable, grounding, and inspiring. We left feeling closer, refreshed, and excited to carry these wellness tools into our everyday lives.
