We are in Cape Cod for Memorial Day weekend and while walking along their Main Street yesterday, I discovered this cute toy store called The Red Balloon. I wanted to get Ryder a book about the beach since he can’t get enough of it. Much to my surprise, I found this classic Little Golden Book -“A Day at the Seashore”. Of course I melted when I saw this book because it brought back so many memories of my collection of Little Golden Books like “The New Puppy” and “Little Red Riding Hood”. There’s just something about that gold binding that makes them so iconic!
