The hotel was such a vibe—and we had the most amazing bungalow suite. We spent the next two days between the beach and pool, had dinner on the rooftop and caught the most gorgeous sunset. It was truly the most perfect NYC beach staycation and I highly recommend you add this to your bucket list this summer!

Summer is here and we’ve been looking for ways to keep cool while getting essential nutrients for the warm season. 🍧The kids are outside all day in the summers and having a treat that not only cools them down but fills them up is something I’ve been working on perfecting. We’ve made the most amazing popsicles using @LifewayKefir in the Strawberry flavor as the base of the mixture and adding in blueberries and fresh strawberries to blend and put into popsicle molds. Kefir is full of gut healthy probiotics and is the perfect snack for the whole family. Recipe below!

Recipe:
1 cup sliced strawberries and blueberries (can use whatever fruit you like)
2 1/2 cups Lowfat Strawberry Kefir
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Mix ingredients, add to your favorite popsicle molds, and freeze overnight or at least 6-8 hours! Enjoy!

From shooting on the 80th floor of the sickest apartment I’ve ever seen (more to come) to cooking class with my Mom and the girls for a fun project, Lion King with Gemma, impromptu girl dinner with my friend Peggy, a getaway to @therockawayhotel , then back to Hamptons for our first family dinner on Shelter Island at one of my favs Leon 1909! Hello summer!
