Preschool Prep {& Giveaway}

Summer may not officially be over until end of September, but we’ve definitely moved on to the next season. The kids are all back in the swing of school and after-school activities. Amidst this controlled chaos I can’t help but wonder where the time goes. Everything is moving and changing so fast and all of my children seem to be leaping forward; but Gemma, my youngest one hits me the hardest because she’s my baby.

All of her Gemma-isms and funny stories make her feel like a big girl, and she is big. She is growing rapidly before my eyes like, literally growing out of everything so fast, but it really does feel like yesterday that Gemma was still in diapers. She’s in her final year of preschool before starting Pre-K next year.

BUT as quickly as time rushes by there are still a few things that stay the same for us, like sensitive skin and Dr. Smith’s Diaper Rash Ointment and Spray. We have been using this magic stuff for years, Gemma in pull-ups for nighttime still experiences cases of diaper rash.

When I pack her school supplies I always include Dr. Smith’s Diaper Rash Ointment because you never know when skin irritation can occur and I want her skin to be protected at all times. Dr. Smith’s Diaper Rash Spray is a must for preschool because it soothes, treats and prevents diaper rash with a super simple touch-free application.

Obviously, the summer heat and humidity combo is always tricky for Gemma’s sensitive skin but even during the wintertime we can run into skin issues. Running around and sweating under a thousand layers of clothes can create the perfect environment for a rash. Especially during school, when I’m not there to keep a watchful eye on her visits to the toilet, rashes can appear quickly, but they’re soothed within a day with Dr. Smith’s Rash Ointment. I want to make sure Gemma is focused on enjoying preschool, playing with her friends and most importantly having as much fun as possible!
